The Mid-Atlantic Hospitality Buying & Vendor Network (484) 427-7446 info@brandywinevra.org

For Vendors

Qualified access to a consented buyer network — through introductions, not lists.

Hundreds of independent hospitality buyers across the Mid-Atlantic, organized by county and by what they are looking to buy — reachable through one trusted introduction rather than a thousand cold calls.

Apply to become an Approved Vendor

Approved Vendors are reviewed by BVRA for service, pricing, quality and integrity. Approval takes about two weeks and includes a conversation with our team.

What Approved Vendors get

Qualified introductions

Meetings with owners and operators who have told BVRA they are open to your category. Arranged, briefed and scheduled by us.

Market visibility

See buyer density by county and by purchasing interest, and plan territories on real demand rather than guesswork.

A profile buyers trust

Your company in the Approved Vendor marketplace, with a member program attached, found by buyers when they are actively looking.

Events and showcases

Present at member meetings, exhibit at food shows and B2B days, and sponsor the events your buyers attend.

Sponsored visibility

Featured placement, category sponsorship and regional sponsorship for vendors who want to own a space in the network.

Simple commercial terms

A written vendor agreement covering approval, introductions and program terms. Discussed in a conversation, not a shopping cart.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent or export buyer lists. We do not show restaurant names or pins on a map. Buyer identities are disclosed only when a buyer agrees to an introduction — that is why our introductions turn into meetings.

How it works

  1. Apply. Tell us what you sell, where, and what you would offer members.
  2. Review call. We check references, fit and category conflicts, and agree terms.
  3. Go live. Your profile is published; you can request introductions by market.
  4. Meet buyers. BVRA briefs the buyer, sets the meeting and stays in the loop.
  5. Grow. Wins are tracked; your standing in the network grows with member satisfaction.
