The Brandywine Valley Restaurant Association was founded in 2012 by Paul Kotrotsios, who wanted what the chains had: excellent service, excellent prices, excellent quality and honest communication from their suppliers.
The association began with meetings in the Brandywine Valley, a negotiated broadline distribution program and a simple set of standards for the vendors it would recommend: integrity, service, price and quality.
Today BVRA operates as a hospitality buying network and vendor introduction platform across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland and the New York metro. Buyers join to get better suppliers on better terms. Vendors join to reach a concentrated network of decision-makers through introductions they could never get cold. BVRA sits in the middle, makes the match, and stays accountable to both sides.
What we stand for
Integrity
We recommend vendors we would use ourselves and drop the ones members stop trusting.
Service
A person answers. Requests get a reply within one business day.
Price
Network volume should show up on the invoice. Programs are measured by what members actually save.
Quality
Cheap is not the goal. Good, consistent and fairly priced is.
