Draft — review with counsel before launch.
What we collect
Information you submit through forms (name, business, contact details, business type, location, purchasing interests, consent preferences), event registrations, and standard website analytics.
How buyer information is used
Buyer records are private. They are used by BVRA to arrange introductions in the categories you have consented to, to administer membership and programs, and to publish aggregated, anonymous county-level counts on the Buyer Network map. We never publish, sell, rent or export lists of buyer businesses or contacts. A vendor learns who you are only when you agree to an introduction.
How vendor information is used
Vendor profile content you approve is published in the marketplace. Contact details and commercial terms are kept private and used to administer the vendor relationship.
Your choices
Change your introduction categories, contact preferences or communication consent at any time by emailing info@brandywinevra.org. You may request a copy or deletion of your record.
Systems
Records are stored in our CRM (HubSpot) and website database, protected by access controls. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store card details.
